From the Principal

I am pleased to introduce myself as principal of Madison Preparatory High School. Madison Prep is an alternative school that offers both classroom instruction and on-line computer classes for credit recovery. We pride ourselves in re-tooling our students both academically and emotionally to prepare them to further their education and/or vocational interests following graduation.

The staff at Madison Prep seeks to develop the unique talents of our students by providing them the opportunity to acquire the skills, knowledge and attitude necessary to be successful in a changing world. We ensure a quality education that provides a rich, strong and challenging academic curriculum that meets all the State of Michigan High School Graduation requirements. We provide a flexible learning environment that encourages student decision-making, critical thinking and an understanding of and appreciation for individual and cultural differences. We strongly encourage student leadership and involvement and provide a safe and nurturing environment that promotes good citizenship.

I encourage you to become involved in our school and hope that you will feel free to contact me any time you have questions or concerns. My door is always open as is my desire to communicate with you!
