From the Principal

On behalf of the staff at Madison Elementary School, I would like to welcome all students and families to the 2023-2024 school year.  We are very excited about the educational opportunities that we have to offer our students. As Madison Elementary School strives to educate the whole child, we will continue to focus on social-emotional learning as well as academic programs.

Our Staff

At Madison Elementary, our staff works diligently to ensure all students performing at grade level are given opportunities to excel even further.  We are also committed to closing the achievement gap for all students. By providing staff with meaningful professional development and collaborative meetings to promote implementation of best instructional practices, our students continue to outperform students in similar schools.  Our dedicated, highly-qualified instructional staff meets regularly to analyze real-time data that helps us to provide small group and individualized instruction in areas of need. Teaching Essential Literacy Skills and Effective Mathematical Practices remain school improvement goals of the building.  Students apply their reading and math skills to make real-world connections in social studies and science.

Our Environment

At Madison Elementary, we strive to create an environment that is welcoming and supportive.  This school year promises to bring about many opportunities for learning and growth, as well as building and maintaining positive relationships, while providing a solid academic foundation for all of our students. I am thrilled to be the leader of the Madison Elementary staff, and even more proud to be your principal.
